Cancellation Fees/Appointments:

We kindly ask you to make changes in a timely manner to allow us an opportunity to make up lost time.

Cancellations/Rescheduling of less than 24 hours will be charged a minimum of 50% of the missed booked services unless we are able to rebook the time slot being cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellation fees apply to rescheduling in less than 24 hours, as either results in lost time.

NO SHOWS will be expected to pay 100% of the missed booked services prior to reserving a new appointment.

Multiple service bookings and party bookings require a 50% deposit. A 5 working day notice of cancellation is required to avoid forfeiting the 50% deposit.



Non-makeup items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase when accompanied with receipt.

Gift Certificates are sold in dollar amounts and may be redeemed for services or products.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Appointment policies & cancellation fees apply to reservations made with gift certificates. Missed appointments will result in redemption of the gift certificate toward the value of the missed service(s).

Returned checks will be subject to a $25 service charge. Prices on menu do not include NM sales tax. Prices are subject to change between menu updates. Please review our website for current pricing if pricing is a concern.
